At Treyfa, we stand by our products and believe in customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked refund policy.

How it Works:

  1. Fill Out the Refund Request Form – Customers must complete a Google Form (link provided at the time of request).
  2. Return the Product – Ship the product back to our return address. The product must be in its original packaging.
  3. Verification & Refund – Once we receive and verify the product, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Used or damaged products due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time & Cost:

  • Standard shipping: 2 to days
  • Express shipping: 3 to days (additional charges apply)
  • Free shipping on orders above 200

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email/SMS.

Damaged or Missing Items:
